I just think it is so telling that people are willing to continue to give Chris a platform even after the disgusting things he did and said about women. There's a reason why cancel culture isn't really a thing because people still support. They were my absolute, no doubt in my mind, favorite band growing up and it fucking sucks that this is what has happened.

I don’t remember Chris saying anything disgusting about women. I remember the situation that got him in trouble was that he pursued a relationship with an adult male fan whom he knew since the fan was 12. Then there were all the very private text messages and screenshots that showed Chris was being very shitty to this person, and keeping timers to make sure they were responding fast enough for him. It was certainly not enough to make me stop listening to Saves or seeing them live. Chris was way out of line in a private relationship of his. That’s not my business.
