He was funny in some of the pre-taped bits I think the key for him is just doing a Tracy Morgan thing of just playing similar exaggerated versions of himself every single sketch.
I don’t need a Lorne doc. I just need 2 hours of Mulaney, Hader, Armisen and Samberg talking about SNL lore.
I know it's mostly just him relaying a story but I genuinely think Mulaney is one of the funniest people alive
