Dog sketch was more cute than funny but I had a good time with it

him fist bumping the whole band after was pretty sweet

Good but not amazing episode. Chalamet is so good on the show every time and is down to do the weirdest shit, which I think the writers know and threw their strangest stuff at him this week, to varying effect

 

how were the performances / did bob come out

I figured this was a push by the movie studio or his publicist as a way to boost his chances come awards season. Award shows like to reward actors who go above and beyond with their role, Timothee’s case is that he also played music and sang on songs in the film. So he’s sort of proving how well he can perform music live. Again, this is just a hunch of mine.

 

I wonder if he wanted to.. would he actually consider a proper music career or like.. nah stick to acting

 

I hope he doesn’t become the Gen Z Jared Leto

 

Oh god the last thing any aspiring musician want to be like Jared Leto in general

 

I Liked the dog sketch very much. The pomeranian was spot on.

He did do weird sketches. He reminds me of sorts, of a young Johnny Depp, seeming to do weird stuff (Edward Scissorhands, etc...)

I havent seen the Bob Dylan movie yet, though I Liked the songs he picked to play (I didnt know them before this)

 

Hated the dog sketch. Loved the barista one.

 

PDD has had what 3 shorts this year?

 

Yeah they’ve been sidelined for sure

Probably like Pete where Lorne lets them do other projects

As much as I like PDD, I’m okay with them not taking up airtime that could go to actual cast member sketches.
