Really great episode. Even the "misses" like the sitcom sketch were still good just Bs in an episode full of A and A+ sketches The bit during the What's That Name sketch where they cut back to Sarah's character after the handmaid's tale mention and you realize that she isn't just playing a random old lady was particularly great (though the entire sketch was perfect)
The musical sketch has never been a hit for me. It’s always over long and just not that funny. Beppo was 10/10. The new Chappell Roan song is going to be huge.
Solid show. Solid B+ if not A-. I Think there was a sketch or 2, if that, that I barely laughed (I forget right now...) But the monkey and musical one were spot on.
It’s the least of all worries, but I do wonder how SNL portrays everyone besides Trump, considering how in the bag the show and their audience was for Harris and how deeply unpopular she turned out to be.
Yeah, I hope they continue to let JAJ portray Donald, and Bowen as VP. I don’t really think Bowen has a great Vance but I’d love to do away with as much of the celebrity/alumni casting as possible
Truly wondering how Burr is going to approach this, I could see him going multiple different ways with it, some significantly better than others
