It did not, this was a very solid episode

Next time for Driver has gotta be a five timer’s club entry right?

 

It wasn't the absolute homerun I was hoping for but still the best of the season so far. Driver really brings it every time on this show

 

The Bargatze episode is pretty close, but I feel like this one had more sketches I’ll remember for a length of time

 

Best episode in 5 years? 10?

That cold open was truly dogshit.

 

It was a bad episode, I’m gonna go back to not watching, but yeah the cold open was some of the worst I’ve ever seen from this show.

 

The cold open was absolute shit. The rest of the episode was fantastic though. If you didn’t like any of the episode last night then yeah don’t watch SNL anymore.

 

They cut the right two

 

I only caught the last minute or so of the cold open. Not that it couldn’t have been as bad as y’all are saying, but the cold open is like pretty much always the worst part of the show unless they’re doing something besides politics

 

Some wild trivia

 

It’s bad in a different way than, say, Alec Baldwin making stupid faces for clapter. It’s like a really specific parody of someone that no one gets and just hammers it over and over. It’s a shame they put that at the feet of one of the newcomers.

 

Yeah, this ep was good. Both Emma Stone and Adam Driver delivered.
