Yeah a little bummed about the second song choice. Shoulda been Under You or Show Me How with Violet

Kinda figured it was gonna be lacking when it wasn’t til after Update. Couple of good laughs though. Martin dunking his face back in after his lines was good

 

A bad PDD sketch is still typically a highlight.

 

Probably my favorite of the season so far but it'll be easily topped I'm sure

Felt like Bargatze was basically a non-factor in it though

maybe 2-3 sketches i didn’t care for, strong showing

 

Yeah, wish there had been maybe one big swing in there for Bargatze. After the monologue it barely felt like he was there

 

Don’t know how I feel about all the screen time Marcello got last week vs none this week lol. I know with a cast this big it’s not uncommon to not see someone for a full episode (poor Molly) but in context it feels weirdly tokenizing

 

Thought the episode was pretty great. Bargatze killed his monologue and I thought he was great in the soul food sketch and the weights and measurements sketch. He’s clearly never done anything like that and was nervous a lot of the show but still fun overall. Timmy should be interesting in a few weeks.

 

This last episode was great. Bargatze's monologue was so good. The other standout was the George Washington measurements one. I though the PDD sketch was funny too, it didn't feel weak.

 

Yeah I thought this was all around great. The first half was really good

 

i didn't like his monologue at all but the chef show bit was great, as was the airplane

 

Yeah did not care for his monologue but some pretty solid sketches. Sarah Sherman continues to be a delight

 

bowen’s one line in the airplane sketch made the whole thing for me
