I <so> wanted Leslie to go off.... but alas.

 

I’m honestly really happy this is coming back so soon, this is basically my comfort show

 

yeah I know a lot of people here aren't fans but I still enjoy the show

 

Same, it’s an easy punching bag but I was very bummed at the thought of it not returning this fall after ending early last season

 

No better time of year than waking up on a Sundya morning having a coffee on the couch and watching the new SNL before football starts

 

It is the most wildly inconsistent show, but my girlfriend and would still watch it every week before the strike.

I’ll undoubtedly watch it, but it definitely seems like the kind of thing that’ll run out of steam pretty early in the runtime. Weird that the trailer seems to give away the hawk payoff too lol. Shout out Megan Stalter tho

 

I know someone's just gonna say "well what did you expect" but the parts where the vibe is exactly like their sketches.


Idk I guess I'm just not a fan of these "sketch comedy groups doing their schtick in a movie" I don't like Monty Python

 

They’ve been the only consistently funny thing about the show in a decade. I’ll watch. Mystery Team vibes

 

They were so funny when I saw them over the Summer I think anything they do will be good

 

my car will, i'd imagine, be in like 200 frames of this as they filmed it in my neighborhood and i was constantly driving by their sets

 

Yea I don’t know if their style will carry a whole movie. That also felt like a classic let’s show the movie type trailer.

 

It’s got Hot Rod vibes
