just watching clips they posted on youtube rn cuz it's not on Hulu yet. Gen Z one is one of the worst sketches I've seen, like borderline painful to watch.

 

"He wrote his spookiest stuff in Baltimore."

"Yeah because this city's a nightmare."

Such a good line.

 

That Gen Z skit was an actual hate crime

 

I watched a few sketches online. I can't believe that people upvoted and liked that garbage.

 

Based on what you alll said, Im not sure if I even want to waste my time seeing any sketches to discuss. I saw the opening and the monologue then shut it off.

 

I'm under the impression she was just born into it like Beck (the singer not Beck Bennett lol)

 

I didn’t mind the cold open or the gen z sketch. Ooli Show cracked me up. Everything else was preeeeetty terrible though — WU, musical performances, and monologue included

 

WU was ok. Ooli show was annoying. But the Bjork impression was spot on.

CHad sketch was ok too. Didnt expect the ending.

 

Liked the idea of the Wario sketch but boy the execution was clumsy

 

Only good thing last night was Ego’s Update segment

 

Watched the opening and monologue last night and shut it off.

Just caught up on it now and yikes, what a shitshow.

That Gen Z sketch was one worst SNL has ever done. Everyone involved should feel the deepest shame.

 

Episode was bad but not earth-shatteringly abysmal like the Trump episode. Gen Z Hospital was a straight up criminal act tho.

 

so for those who watched, were there any positives beyond that it's Not The Trump Episode

and apparently there was a huge line-flub or something? not sure what sketch this tweet refers to

 

The Wario sketch had like 10 full seconds of silence while Pete sauntered out

 

I will say if there’s one positive thing that came out of the show for me was learning that my birthday is 69 days after 420. Explained a lot to me about why I am this way

 

How can anyone think Elon was some what decent? He was fucking terrible and flubbed every line delivery.

 

tbf people also think he's smart and interesting

 

The “every conversation with someone you haven’t seen since quarantine” sketch was solid and features minimal Elon. WU was fine outside of Elon’s segment. That’s about it.
