Meh, Kroll Show did sketches about how funny the Philly accent is way better than that

Kroll Show did it better because they were smart enough to know that the accent is funny on its own, it doesn’t need to be cartoonishly embellished like they were doing in the SNL sketch. Just having people talk like that accurately is funny in and of itself.
