Yeah this was a solid episode, though I’ll admit I don’t know who the musical guest is and skipped him entirely
Really great episode, a couple of low points but still fun all around. I'm glad I recorded it so I can watch it again
Maybe I’m trippin but was that sketch with Martin Short like visually kinda weird at the end there? I’m not really trying to grill it but that kiss felt oddly forced, like Maya didn’t expect it. Maybe him saying some shit like “I need it on the lips” or whatever just accentuated it. Wondering if anyone else picked up on that or if I’m just having a long Saturday night
That whole sketch was weirdly shot and paced. What an unceremonious way to introduce Moffat as Biden. Most of this was pretty enjoyable though.
Episode started very strong, then fell off hard at the Kamala sketch, but I liked the final filmed bit a lot!
It had some funny moments, it was fine. What I'm confident was supposed to be the true cold open is buried in the middle of the episode and actually does suck shit.
It didn't have Baldwin or Carrey so it was by default one of the better cold opens of the last four years
I think because it was finally not political I was hoping for something half decent and it was a wet fart.
wet farts can be satisfying as hell to get out of your system if you're already sitting on a toilet tho
