Jay Mohr has been a lot of places, but he's only one character for me - Bob Sugar.
And Sarah.... I want to like her (Its a 'Tribe' thing). I just haven't seen her 'be funny' to me. Raunchy is fine, Id be good with that part...

I just havent seen her in a role I liked for her yet. I will, sometime.

But yeah. Phil and Chris together. :(

Why are the cold opens so consistently the worst part of the show? It's so weird. And I'm not just shitting on SNL for fun - this season's been pretty good outside of the premiere, but the cold opens just almost always gargle a bag.

 

the Warren and Bernie jokes are so bad because I guess they can't support them because they gotta stay Centrist

 

my dad is a pretty big eddie fan, and seeing that really put a smile on his face haha

 

My guess is it’s a combo of our politics being so ridiculous and almost beyond parody right now + the writers being not very good + them trying hard to be “center” and “both sides”
