I don’t usually shit on SNL but wow was this bad

 

Yeah, this was awful. One good sketch (the Us one)

 

Like, even the WU was probably one of the worst ones in recent memory

 

... I actually liked this episode quite a bit

 

I never watched the series but did the classroom sketch parody My So Called Life?

 

Did Braun Stroman show up at all?

 

Well I might like this ep then because I liked the Idris ep, and this thread didn’t lol

 

I think generic Dawson's Creek Degrassi etc

 

Definitely a weak one, I laughed out loud at Electric Shoes for some reason though. The mirror sketch was fine too

 

Thought this was a pretty middle-of-the-road episode. Liked the Us parody, the future self sketch, and Cheques. Everything else wasn’t great but nothing was particularly egregious.

 

Are they just gonna keep teasing me with sketches that are almost "What's Up With That?"

 

I was pumped to watch this episode last night to hear the new Tame Impala songs, but wooof this was definitely the worst episode of the season.

 

Electric Shoes has been in my head all day. I don't care if it's a mediocre What's Up With That ripoff, give me Kenan enthusiastically singing forever.

 

Future Self was easily my favorite of the episode. I also enjoyed the Putin sketch because I like the concept, solid if predictable sketch premise. The college admissions cut for time sketch should’ve aired instead of one of the other sketches, it would’ve been the third-best sketch of the episode of it had.

Overall pretty disappointing. I was really looking forward to Sandra’s episode.
