I just couldn’t stop laughing at what Hader was doing with his voice in that sketch. Same voice from the Tonya game show too basically, it’s so good.

 

Hader always knew how to make the generic game show host role hilarious

 

Just a reminder, Redd put out his stand up record today. Looks real short, there’s only 7 tracks

Edit: oh, these tracks are all like 6+ minutes, one is 16 minutes long. That explains that. Also, I’m crying laughing

 

I thought Redd was gonna be R Kelly but Kenan was probably even funnier

 

Damn I love that green suit on Idris Elba

I always like when hosts just tell stories about their lives, Idris seems like a cool dude

Whelp, another game show sketch to start the show. Kind of feel like they should’ve held off on that since there’s no way it could compete with last week’s.

Can I Play That had a funny premise but didn't really live up to it

Bok Bok's was pretty funny, casting Kate as Momo was pretty genius

Don't know too much about Sandra Oh, excited for Tame Impala though

I work in retail and that hit way too close to home lol

 

Gold Diggers of the WNBA almost felt like a 90's SNL sketch, really specific premise that went on a really long time and kind of went nowhere

 

What even was the joke of Gold Diggers of the WNBA supposed to be

 

Idris seemed like he had some trouble with the cue cards in that last one. Still, some funny stuff in there about the totally disparate treatment of female professional athletes in comparison to their male counterparts. Not an original take but it was ok.

 

Khalid seems like a super nice guy but his music is so bland and inoffensive that it kind of annoys me

 

Another bad Jost take with the Hillary stuff

 

Heidi is going to be a star, man
