It will be a sad day when Kenan finally decides to leave SNL. Him and Kate are the glue that’s been holding this thing together for a good long while now.

 

I like Kate but Cecily is by far the best female cast member imo and it's crazy how underrated she is

 

I love Cecily and do not underrate her at all, Kate has just pretty much been the star of the show for a while at this point.

 

Kate's got the make-up game and wacky characters down. She's the go-to. Will be hard to replace.

Heidi's got this though. And Melissa needs to be in more things

 

I wonder if Ego's going to be coming back. She's basically been non-existent.

 

I feel like Kate is perfect for this show and it'll be hard for her to find something afterwards, she be around for a while.

 

I do love Heidi a lot. She's been so good thus far. Melissa absolutely does need to be involved more somehow as well, she's such a good impressionist.

Agreed, I always see people compare her to Kristen Wiig but I think the huge difference between them is that Kristen also really excels at playing normal/low-key characters, whereas everything I've seen Kate in outside of SNL she's still been the weird/zany one. I think she'll have a harder time getting good roles after she leaves than Kristen did

 

Maybe actually. I'm not an aidy fan but maybe with better writing she will shine and trailer looked decent
