Decent episode. Not surprising that Black Jeopardy was the height of all that

 

Super mixed bag. Some really hilarious stuff but some total misses too

 

Watched the Khabib fight instead of SNL tonight, what songs did Cardi play?

 

Seeing A Quiet Place last weekend reminded me that I would still love to see John Krasinski host

 

Fun fact: starting out Krasinski worked in the 30 Rock building as an intern for Late Night with Conan O’Brien

 

Wouldn't be surprised if Krasinski was one of the May hosts.

I'm predicting him and Donald Glover (for Solo). If they do three in May then I'm not sure though

 

Season finale is usually a previous cast member right?

 

Not so much, in the last ten seasons the finale was hosted by Armison and Samberg. Usually someone who has a summer movie. Wouldn’t be surprised if Ryan Reynolds, Anne Hathaway, Melissa McCarthy, Charlize Theron, or Chris Pratt (all previous hosts).

 

Donald abso-friggin-lutely needs to host this season. Much like Mulaney and Kumail, it's about time.

 

I want Sudekis to host

 

Donald Glover hosting and performing would be one of the all time top episodes.

 

At this point I don’t think it will ever happen. Feel free to quote this post when it gets announced, like, tomorrow or something lol

 

I really hope Mulaney just, like, took over the writers room this week. The show has really let some great hosts down this season with poor material (Kumail) and I'd really hate to see them waste Mulaney's hosting gig the same way.

 

This definitely feels like a Mulaney-scripted piece. If this is any indication of how much of an influence he had on the show, Saturday should be just fine.

Also I really hope Nick Kroll shows up at some point.

 

Given his experience with sketch comedy, Donald Glover hosting SNL would be absolute gold

 

Didn't Donald Glover also write one of the sketches from the Chappelle episode? Am I just imagining that?

 

That was Neal Brennan... Donald also wrote for 30 Rock for awhile
