Got one too. Seems pretty easy this time for sure! I’ll forget I ordered it and be like the fuck is this in two months when it arrives.
Got an email my vinyl has shipped from brooklynvegan. It's supposed to be a downpour here the rest of the week. Hopefully they don't place it on my mailbox while I'm at work Friday. It will get drenched.
You're Not Alone is probably my favorite, but there are a handful of songs that could also be my favorite depending on the mood I'm in. Sleepers, Voices, Finding Home, Follow & Feel, Collapse. Basically half the album.
Dang, whole album is great. Very tough question. Off the top of my head I’d say Bury Your Head or Sleepers.
Can't pick a favorite, it'd change every day As of right now probably Collapse because I'm nostalgic for that riff, rewatching Justin's playthrough of the song a hundred times back in the day
It's Collapse for me My best friend recently just played his first show with a new band and they opened for Saosin on a date of this S/T tour and they killed it. Saosin were good too
What a small world! I know Eric! He used to come to my band's VFW shows 15-20 years ago and I saw he was opening for Saosin and thought that was soooo awesome for him!
Hell yeah that's awesome! I've been best friends with Austin for a while, I don't really know everyone else very well yet outside of brief interactions but they all seem like cool guys. They did so amazing, so happy for them
That's so great. I had tickets to the Austin show when they got announced as openers otherwise I'd have gone to Dallas. Crazy first gig haha
Is the rerecorded s/t still happening? Or was that nixed since they apparently were able to press a bunch of og copies?
I love this album so much. It's funny, I was never huge into them with their earlier stuff but this one just clicked and to this day I listen to it quite often,
Man, I have a vivid memory of being a little too buzzed one night, sitting at the kitchen table on my laptop, and just absolutely losing my shit watching these videos in the lead-up to this album. Anthony rejoining them just never even seemed like a possibility before and Translating the Name hits all of my nostalgia buttons, so I was really overcome with emotion. I ended up not being too into ATS when it came out, but I should revisit it soon.
