Alex Rodriguez. He is the best post-hardcore drummer ever. Instanly recognizable, animal, absolute metronome, and the guy has drum riffs.
i really liked the demo clips posted before but i'm not hearing what everyone else is. it just sounds like radio rock. i thought anthony was back in the band.
Like putting on an old band shirt from high school that still fits perfect. Man I love me some Cove led Saosin. Really digging the track.
I'm with you. I'm sad I'm not as stoked as everyone else is on it. It just sounds like a Saosin song we've all heard before.
I don't really understand this complaint. Anthony Green has a different style and none of his music with them sounds like this. Even ISOSG didn't have any songs like this. It similar to the S/T but that was 20 years ago?
I completely hear what you're saying! "Voices" and "You're Not Alone" ended up being my least favorite songs from that record for this very reason. That being said...radio Saosin is better than bad Saosin haha
Beyond stoked to have new Saosin songs. (Also glad Cove gets new music out since the “new” Dead American album is indefinitely held up, I guess.) Here’s to Saosin 4.0 era!
No complaint at all! I love the band and still blast Mookies on the regular. This just didn't hit for me like it did everyone else.
If this sounds like Radio Rock to you, I would urge you to turn on FM Radio and search "Radio Rock". Furthermore and contrary to the point, is Radio Rock incapable of being good? I believe Muse, Chevelle, etc. could all qualify as "Radio Rock". Do those bands suck? No, they don't; they rule, and this Saosin song fucking rips.
As a huge fan of Anthony Green Saosin and Cove Reber Saosin. This slaps and I love it! I want more. I hope they keep going back and forth between Anthony and Cove for releases. Different lead singers is already baked in to the band so it works. I loved Along The Shadow and I’m fairly certain I’m gonna love the new release with Cove too.
