    The Official Saosin Online Store

You can get it at kingsroadmerch and not have to also give your money to SRC to receive it. Also, they are selling a black variant for $17.99 rather than $19.99.

Really bummed Justin is not a part of this. His guitar work is a huge part of what made this band for me and many. It can only hurt the record in my opinion.

I honestly wonder what happened. Was it the Used thing?

Two songs in and I don't really miss it. I think they're doing fine.

    close cover, strike gently

I really digged the songs that came out so far, but I'm already over-budget so I won't pre-order it.

I can only imagine. They probably thought his heart wasn't fully in it and made the decision without him.

Guess it wouldn't really be Saosin without some drama

Their merch guys tip box said "PLEASE TIP OR ANTHONY WILL QUIT AGAIN." when I saw them last month.

    RIP AP Prestigious

I'm not sure how their decision was made but you can't really blame Justin for joining the Used full time. After so many years of "maybe" making new music with Saosin he had the opportunity to join a band that still tours frequently where he can make a consistent living playing music which is the goal after all. Still, I was sad to see him go. Either way this album is shaping up to be pretty damn good imo.

    Ok that's hilarious

Yeah I don't blame him either. I personally don't like The Used anymore (Vulnerable had a couple good tracks otherwise it's the first two records only for me) but if he can make a living doing that then by all means..

    Takes a Bit More

I made a big stink over on AP.net, and I will here too. I miss Justin, he is a huge part of Saosin and their sound. It is so weird not seeing him with the band, even if Phil from AILD is filling in. Such a shame considering everything that's gone on with this band of the years. We were so close to full on original Saosin.

Justin helped write the record. Sure, he won't be touring, but his influence will still be all over those songs.

I've loved both tracks. I'm very much looking forward to this record, much more than I thought I would. I haven't gotten into a harder record in quite a while, and this is sounding right up my alley.
