“Gretel”, “Powerful Man”, and “Bug” are probably my top 3 from him but he has such a great catalog that never gets old

The beginning sounds like his version of "Forever young" lol. The Evil Dead 2 gif is super unsettling. Hopefully new music on the way

Apparently (I wasn't there, this comes from the Facegook group) he got really drunk at the show last night and played 30 minutes of Coldplay covers lol

Setlist.fm said 9:10-10-40 for Madison and show started at 8 which is when show starts for Chicago.

 

He was so good in Chicago. I was thinking about how last time he played a normal club show the venue was maybe half full and now he just played a sold out show at a bigger venue. It also got me thinking how indie punk artists (indie artists who are also part of the general punk scene) (Alex, Pup, Jeff Rosenstock, Turnover, etc.) really have exploded in recent years. It’s crazy to think about.

 

Yeah he rocked. So worth the wait to see him.

 

For the second year in a row, Alex G was my top artist and "Gretel" was my top song lol. All of my top five songs were Alex G tracks and I was in the top .05% of listeners (4,612 minutes). I would say I have a problem but it just calms my work anxiety down so much.

 

Two new songs, "Forgive" and "Mission" debuted live last night!

Been a rumor that the new album has been finished for a while but the label was holding it back, had to do with vinyl for the most part.
