I was unfamiliar with Mr Ripely and its pretty much all of the other references.

 

Finally watched this on a flight. Was hoping that since my expectations were so low it would be a pleasant surprise but nope. Pacing was weird, the story was undercooked, and the heavy handed “eat the rich” spiel in the last act was corny. It kept my attention and was visually nice though.

It’s like a screen protector or coating that makes it to where you can’t see the screen unless you’re looking straight at it. That’s how it works for cell phones anyway so I assume the tech is similar for plane screens

Normally I don’t care but I had a child sitting next to me recently so I chose something I knew would not have any horrific violence or nudity

I have never been on a flight with screens/tvs. It’s bullshit. I’ve even flown to Hawaii and back.

 

They even have screens on our short 75 minute flights to connect to Atlanta. I was able to get through most of a movie on that little flight two weeks ago.

 

Are you only flying Spirit, do your planes even have doors
