This is the closest-sounding project to the s/t era of Moving Mountains that I've heard in years, which is so cool! Stands on its own though & to me it sounds like it's mixed with some 90's indie and emo, even akin to stuff like mellow Dinosaur Jr, Pavement or Built to Spill. Wondering how's the rest gonna sound like!

I'll update it later when some more info comes through.

Thanks y’all ❤️. I will say this song is a bit of an outlier, at least for this Album. The rest of it maintains the vocal style mostly, but musically it incorporates a lot of acoustic guitars, Post Rock stuff, etc. Excited to share more !

Nice write up - really looking forward to listening to the full album. MM S/T is one of my all time favourites and nothing has really struck me in the same way. Maybe this will……..

 

Along with the digital preorder, there is a limited run of Physical copies (CD) available for preorder on Bandcamp or through DM now! Album is out one week from today

 

Weird I can't play this on spotify anymore

 

I took it down because there was an error processing the audio via my distributor :’( . Shooting to have it out next Friday!

 

So their bandcamp has only 3 tracks from the album up and the album's removed currently on spotify also. Kind of an odd album roll-out since it was supposed to be out a couple days ago.

Is there anywhere to listen to this album currently?

 

yeah it seemed there was a small setback with the release due to providers uploading a flawed version with diminished quality - I'll upload the thread title with a new date whenever I find out it would hit the streams again.

So glad it's back and fully out there now! Suits me really well for today's weather, I've just finished my first listen and will definitely get back to it later in the evening too.
