I don’t quite recall, but I can guess who had the Taylor cursing take without checking, lol. Hopefully he eventually interrogates whatever misogynist priors impact those takes and continues to grow in that regard.

Honestly find this Sabrina discourse worse than that conversation. More people should be honest and just say “I do not enjoy that” lol.

Gonna be honest, I don't like the song or album cover, but to act like it's some sort of moral failing is absolutely wild lol.

You're acting like those parents who wouldn't let their kid get Enema of the State because of the artwork lol.

 

Yeah, I don't get the uproar. Now, I have a daughter that just turned 13 and she is obviously a huge fan of Sabrina, Taylor, Chappell, Halsey, ORod, etc. So there have been things here and there where we've had to have a discussion about symbolism of this, satire of that, whatever it may be. She's young and happens to be a fan of a lot media that has its fair share of language, sex, heavy topics and the like. We've always just had those conversations between her, my wife and myself where she at least has some context and is able to figure out how she feels about the art in question. This is another one of those situations, but for people to act like this is new in pop music (or with Sabrina, for that matter) is silly. To villainize her for it is even worse. It got people talking so mission accomplished

Don’t really like the song unfortunately

 

I haven't really come around to her overall, but there's a few tracks I like on the last album. Don't care for Manchild, but I'm sure there will be some album cuts I like

 

Yeah, I honestly don’t like the song at all. I liked a lot of the last album though and I’m excited to hear more.

 

I’m surprised so many people don’t like it, it seems very like the last album, and the bonus tracks. I’m not hearing like a drop in quality at all.

I like it more than Please, Please, Please as far as the Antonoff songs go

 

i don't hate it, but i don't think it wowed me the way i expected. need to give it a few more listens to solidify my opinion.

 

Song is funny and catchy and great. Immediate summer playlist addition.
