Album is very good no way I can't believe it

 

Since getting into her last year, I’ve occasionally gotten clips on like TikTok or whatever of her when she was younger, and she had a version of her “oh I’m such a little shit” sense of humor back then.

Truly do not understand why some weirdos keep going, wow she’s so insincere!!!, instead of simply saying that her maybe too-cute-by-half approach doesn’t work for them (as others have). Doesn’t have to be any deeper than “some people find her playful, horny nonsense charming, while others roll their eyes at it and move on,” lol. Especially annoying when it occasionally get painted with a misogynist-but-in-a-faux-feminist brush.

Anyways. I’m almost halfway through, and this is decent. Doesn’t have the impact of Short n Sweet, but I kinda appreciate creatives who enjoy the process enough to not need grand statements or whatever. It’s cute and fun, idk.

But yeah I could see that if you're like "I need my pop albums to be pop albums" you may not love this, its poppiness is in very few moments but the songwriting is pretty genius throughout IMO, it plays along with her performance style well. So yeah I'm kinda obsessed with it even though it will not be her catchiest album ever
