Why though? When I already have so much music and multiple devices capable of storing all of it? And I can just buy new albums and add them to my collection and never have to worry about data limits or nonsense like that? Generally, I try to buy the album directly through the artist/label so that there's as few middlemen as possible and the artist actually gets a decent chunk of money. I know I'm the outlier here, but fuck it, buying the album still feels way better to me.

I’m just being annoying. But it is amazing for me cause I get the student rate and I’m poor. Honestly, I was big into buying CD’s until I got a MacBook and they don’t have a disc drive so I just started streaming cause it’s cheap

 

I already am emotionally

 

Better as a fan of those bands for sure, but a bit harder to get into new music

I like having Spotify to check things out and then but the albums I love when I can afford them

 

Haha I feel ya. I've stopped buying CDs and I download digitally. I totally get the appeal of streaming services, it's just not for me. I can't listen to music at work and I like to really, really digest the music that I do purchase. I know it's antiquated, but it's something I have really grown to appreciate over the years.
