Very somber listen of "Old White Lincoln" It's the feeling I expect I'll get when kids pick on my children someday.

 

I know lots of bands, just not necessarily the ones these folks listen to

My experience with The Gaslight Anthem was listening to Handwritten once when it first came out

 

i'm not religious and hate screaming, i don't think underoath would offer me much

Well, no. The worst way would be listening to Get Hurt when it first came out as your only exposure.

 

i prefer Get Hurt to Handwritten as a whole every time

 

i'm probably the only person that would rank Handwritten as the worst Gaslight record and that's ok

 

Interesting they have a song about our 16th president

 

ten friends and a crowbar is the best UO song

I will have to check them out again. sometimes no matter how good the songs are I can't get into the whole new-"old" kinda retro-nostalgic sound of some stuff nowadays
