It's going on my bucket list for this year. Also, this is the first bucket list I've ever had.

Austin can actually be less bad from what I understand and have seen, depending.

Dallas and Houston have some of the very most expensive neighborhoods in the nation. River Oaks and Preston Hollow, etc.

I think it comes down to Houston and Dallas having much more industry and economy.
