possibly. I don't keep soda in the house anymore and there's a McDonald's like a block away from me

 

I figure I've lost so much weight by cutting out things like this, why mess that up with a McMuffin

Plus fast food just feels so heavy to me now

 

How much weight have you lost and what have you cut out? Im forcing myself to eat healthier bc I feel so much better in the long run. I'm drinking a ton more water now too.

 

at home I basically drink cappuccinos that are kinda just glorified espresso shots and lots of water but I do enjoy a nice McDonald's Coke or a Mexican Coke. those are the only way I like to drink the stuff, really.

I really love soda a lot. that's my downfall! I really wish I liked coffee drinks tbh.

 

I've lost about 15 pounds in the past six months without really trying. It's just that when I stopped eating meat, I stopped getting fast food for the most part. I just started working out regularly in the last month and I noticed I look a lot better

 

Don't drink Mexican coke if you're not Mexican

 

I drink sodas pretty rarely

 

Dat fruit and veggie lifestyle

 

I'm gonna start cutting out a lot of carbs tho

Soda, alcohol, and dessert are the things I still allow myself to have or I'll go insane. It makes eating fruit and veggies all day more bearable.

 

Sanchez just got a boner

 

Last night I made a pesto stuffed chicken topped with Swiss while baked for an hour and then cut up into spaghetti squash. 10/10 would recommend, first baked chicken I've ever liked.
