Most of the chefs on that show aren't that great. They need the drama for viewers to be interested.

 

a vegetarian who can cook the perfect steak, the ultimate curse

 

Plus ya know, time constraints, working with a bunch of other chefs you hardly know, a mad man screaming at you the whole time and a dining room full of super annoying customers.

 

Ive been judging their steaks all season when they do their individual dishes. Whats more puzzling/disturbing is Ramsay hasnt been noticing or speaking up that the steaks are shit. Guess maybe thats not his strong suit but damn what gives.

The class I had tonight was Novel and Film and it centers around books and their adaptations. Seems pretty rad. He lectured for about an hour and then we started watching The Apartment. I should have been a film major. I feel far more knowledgeable and passionate about film than I do literature.
