That I envy how chill you are

 

I will say though, this type of thinking does have its negatives as it doesn’t only apply to when I go onto trips. It’s applicable to how I live my whole life and sometimes that can bite you in the ass lol

 

My friends make fun of me sometimes cause i'll show up for a weekend trip with like a publix bag, contents including 1 extra t shirt, 1 boxers, tooth brush. Maybe a Bluetooth speaker.

 

Hahah those sorta people kinda bother me. Trying to get everything in order, making sure you have everything. How 'bout you make a checklist and tick off the boxes, quietly to yourself?

It's taken me months to try to convince myself it's okay to travel to Connecticut to see Lorde and I still am like no I can't

 

I really should just become an expat I hate the people in this country half of the time

 

I admire anyone who could do that without getting homesick

Ugh. In the last month or so I have watched so much shit that has involved people vacationing in Italy and I need to goooooo.

 

I just need my mom tbh and I’m sure she’d love living on the Mediterranean.

You should! I went 2 summers ago and I still think about it all the time.

Some of the best trips are when you just start driving in a random direction and find interesting things/places/restaurants/hotels for a night or two. I was doing that when I was really depressed and it helped me immensely.

 

I do think it's sometimes good to wander and find things randomly but stuff also sells out

 

Adore CT but would never live there. Think it would be hard to live a “normal” life.

Phew. Glad here and the wrestling thread are still good to you. For me, the only threads I thoroughly enjoy are this, wrestling and beer thread. to be honest though, the wrestling one is the only one I would stay on the site for; I don't have anyone in my life that's into wrestling so it's nice to geek out about it with a bunch of nerds.

 

God damnnnnn the Dangerous Summer's infinite is so fuckin' epic. I've listened to it so many times, haha.
