omg. someone downstairs just sent me and another peer an email telling us we forgot to do something. they were right - i did forget, and they were nice about it, all is well... until the other coworker hit "Reply All" instead of "Reply" and said "don't worry Cameron, i'll take care of Sheri this time". cringing forever.

 

Yeah it’s annoying. They called back this morning saying that the account at that address was delinquent in payments so I just have to go today to comcast and show them our lease agreement and my ID. But then who knows when they can come out and install.
