Lol, I'm not even mad about this, it's a known scammer who I dealt with recently. But what DOES piss me off is that my stupid fucking coworker who is NOT my boss didn't inform me anout this and fucking emailed this idiot and offered her the cup she's begging for AND a pass. Fucking idiot. That genuinely pisses me off because she’s in the wrong and it makes me look like the asshole here. And it means she’ll be coming back and expects that if she whines and begs that she’ll get her way

We have these annual cups you can purchase that come in two sizes. This girl, who is like in her 20’s btw, always comes in trying to get free shit out of us. She presented me with the small variant and said there’s a hole and rather than asking for a replacement she wanted the larger size. She didn’t have a receipt and I know how she operates so I said no.

I’m honestly a little aghast that corporate even emailed us saying we had to respond to it. It doesn’t dignify a response imo.
