    also blah blah I'm sure we all know that eating habits are tied to privilege and I was not in a place of being able to eat anything remotely nutritious when I was living with my ex's hoarder family. I've been living on my own for almost a year and a half now and the ability to cook and have normal food is a blessing I won't soon take for granted. I've lost a couple sizes since living on my own just from the change of lifestyle. Of course my last year has been an absolute nut house so once things settle down and I can explore cooking for one again, that will be more healthy for sure

    exactly. I'm SO picky which makes it hard to eat healthy. It's mostly a texture issue not taste for me and I literally gag. I hate it but it's also like what can I do? I've branched out a LOT in the past ~5 years and I'll call that a win.

    Thinking about macros seems incredibly stressful. I just try to stick to veggies and some fruit here and there. I try not to eat much bread and I'm not big on sweets anyway
