    I too need to jump on the health train. I dunno about keto, but I bought a juicer and need to start putting it to use. I’ve treating my body like trash this semester and I’m really starting to see the effects of it both physically and mentally

    The more i go to the gym the more energy i seem to have. I do need to start running again now that the weather is finally warming up.

    I miss the high I felt after hitting the gym consistently. Fuck. There isn’t much more satisfying than seeing results from working out after a couple months.
