Ugh nothing freaks me out more than the thought of uncooked food being served to me

 

theres at least a handful of decent things at Paneras I know I just cant think of any

their bread is good

My step dad cooked some brussel sprouts with butter, salt and pepper, pretty good! Are potatoes a vegetable? I like various potato things as well.

 

i actually can't remember the last time i went to panera? it's probably been at least 3 or 4 years now

 

You have an apple chicken salad? All I've ever seen is grape & walnut and it's not that good.

They used to have lemon chicken orzo soup which was my favorite soup there... but that's gone as well.

Really, the only things that are actually consistently decent at Panera are the breads and baked goods.

they're technically a starch but I'd say they qualify. just as long as you're eating some vegetables. brussels sprouts are a good one to eat

Nah not really. Snacks have to do more than portion size than anything else.

 

It's amazing how a lot of people have 0 idea how to cook brussels sprouts and I think that's why they're so unpopular with so many people. I was at my gf's mom's house for Easter and her aunt pulled the sprouts out of the oven because they were starting to get brown and then she microwaved them... I wanted to stop her so badly but I wasn't having that conversation.
