I really like how this record is the sunnier, poppier companion to Dying Star, like the latter resembles the dead of night and the former the morning after.
I'm late to the party but this album is incredible. Been a daily listen for a week now and just keeps getting better every time.
Still need that live version or studio version of hellfire so I can play into oblivion. Thanks Rusty.

awesome list! I just realized like a week ago that Nation of Language was the guy from Static Jacks and I’m so happy to have his songwriting back.
I love Nation of Language's debut so much. I've been saying to anyone who will listen that if you found that record in a bin and were told it was the greatest hits of a lost 80s new wave band, they'd 100% believe you. Should check out Static Jacks.
