On a better note, the new song Hellfire, sounds SICK.

 

I had a shitty experience for about 4 songs of Noah Gundersen last week. Group of drunk girls just talking through quiet songs, had to move around a bunch to get away from the sound. Then some folks yelled at them and they finally quieted down.

I legitimately don't understand it. There's usually a bar in another room, just like... go there.

 

The venue he played at in Boston was too small for him at this point I think. I mean, it was great seeing him there. Saw him at a dive bar last time he came through and it was great, but he definitely grew a ton since then.

Something like The Sinclair or Paradise might have been better.

 

Sounds like a one off experience for sure, last tour in San Francisco she was actually there and came up for a couple songs and it wasn’t anything like that .

But.. that's kinda the point? It's about taking the song and bringing it into his style. Why would they all need to be different? The point is that they're all emo covers played a certain way lol

 

This song sounds amazing. What a jam at the end. Hopefully we get a studio version.

 

Crowd was great for both acts in Philly on Sunday. He mentioned that after these next three shows on the tour that he's going into the studio to start recording.

 

I think having him in a room that small was kinda magical. You'll never get to see that again.

 

But also this. My girlfriend had to talk me down cause I was about to start smashing bottles.

Now that MCR is back Ruston needs to give us a full version of "Helena." It's only right.

 

Seeing him tonight at one of the best venues in Chicago and I’m so excited.

 

His pre-show music has so far included Rise Against, Alkaline Trio, Rancid, Sugarcult, and the one Senses Fail song I like. He definitely made this playlist and we definitely have very similar tastes.

Also, Donovan Woods is spectacular.

 

Alright y’all, wife and I flew from Boston to Nashville to see his show at the Ryman.

holy shit. Probably best show of my life. Kacey sang on just for the record, Joy Williams sang on Jericho. Honestly I’m astounded by what I just experienced.

Thanks for that info on the new stuff. May wife and I caught his album release show at grimeys and it was just about the best thing ever. Something special about this guy. Very cool that you got to see Kacey and Joy too!

 

They had an in crowd horn section for Mockingbird, it was amazing. Kacey has it on her insta stories.

 

Yeah I saw that and now all I want is to hear the full thing
