Yeah he's had them on this tour...kinda pricey for an EP.

Aren’t a bunch of those interludes? It’s definitely considered an EP. Dying Star was widely touted as his debut full-length.

 

There are a few poem style tracks. 7 songs tho. And as good as they all are the price didn’t bother me much. Poison is one of my favorite songs ever.

 

Yeah, it's an EP, but it's still 30 minutes long. That's longer than some "actual" albums. I think the price is fair.

 

True, forgot about the 3 interludes. But still, runtime is what matters when cutting & pricing vinyl so $20 is not odd for a record that length

 

I love it, and will probably be buying it, but it's basically 6 songs over like 23 minutes. And I don't really think there are a lot of actual albums that are 30 minutes long. Maybe Joyce Manor but

 

I remember being confused because I kept seeing it referred to as an EP but when I looked on iTunes it was 10 songs. A couple of them looked kinda short, but still. After I bought it and listened to it, the EP thing made sense.

American Slang by Gaslight Anthem is about a half hour long, but that one shoulda been 3 minutes & 45 seconds longer!

 

There’s a lot of full lengths that clock in at or just under 30 min. The last Tegan and Sara and Dashboard Confessional records come to mind.

It’s pressed on a 12 inch record (it’s prob too long to fit on a 45 or 10”) so $20 is reasonable, even though it’s technically an “EP.” Vinyl is expensive to cut

 

Well this is going to rule
