The everything on Perhaps, I Suppose... Honestly, rough edges and all, a pretty perfect album for its genre.
My favorite band with one of my least favorite lead vocalists. It's too much for me and I wish I could have instrumental Rufio because their riffs are bananas.
Perhaps, I Suppose brings back more nostalgia than almost any other record I've ever heard. I'm about to go listen. Thanks for the thread
I had no idea that he was still making music. Just listened to a few songs on his bandcamp and I dig it.
I feel like Rufio could have been much more successful if they didn’t sign with Nitro Records. That label dropped the ball with so many bands. A Wilhelm Scream, No Trigger, Don’t look Down, Much the Same, and Hit the Switch all come to mind.
I CAN'T be the first person to want to mumble "something, something, something THE NEWS" after you post something. Also, you're right about that stuff! AWS should have been GIGANTIC but they - somehow - just weren't.
https://www.facebook.com/ZcottZellerz/posts/10157746695698337 A b-side from The Comfort of Home that is just now seeing the light of day (I have no idea what the name is or if it even has one). Song is probably not better than anything on the actual album, but it's still so cool hearing "new" Rufio (original lineup) for the first time in 15 years. According to the comments, it doesn't look like this band really even has any other leftover songs from back in the day (aside from potentially one more which the members discuss) which is a bummer.
Annnnd I lied! He managed to dig up another song lol "Always Waiting" https://www.facebook.com/ZcottZellerz/posts/10157749044598337 I can see why these were left off of the record (not quiiiite as good but not bad at all). However, I would have KILLED for these back in the day. The Comfort of Home might be my all time most influential album.

Got the powder blue. Couldn't resist since I've gotten all of Scott Sellers' other vinyls so far. I'm hoping eventually he gets working on a vinyl of The Comfort of Home with the two b-sides as bonus tracks. Probably my favorite record of all time.
"Tears" re-recorded by Scott Sellers https://www.facebook.com/ZcottZellerz/posts/10158031278478337 This was really cool to hear. The nostalgia factor with this one is wild.
Really appreciate that they announced this, put it up for sale quickly, and then just shipped them right out. Obviously this can’t always be the circumstance for many reasons, and there is a lot of shit going on in the world right now, but way too many records take way too long these days. More artists should wait to post until the product is in their hands. If it sells out they can always press more Anyway, got mine today! It’s pretty bare bones but I wasn’t expecting much. The blue variant turned out beautifully
I got the blue as well! It looks pretty cool. I posted a photo of it and tagged Scott on Instagram, and he said he hadn't even received his yet. haha. But yeah I agree with everything you said. I ordered Scott's covers album on vinyl probably three or four months before I ordered Perhaps, I Suppose... and they arrived within a week of each other. haha.
I am stoked to join this thread! I love Rufio so much I wrote a tribute original using song and album titles as lyrics! If you are a Rufio geek you'll appreciate this, well the creativity at least. (on Spotify too) PS Scott Sellers has since contacted me and he is as nice as he is talented.
