Good guess! I got into them kinda late so by the time I saw them live, they were hitting LPs 2-4 hard and never got to enjoy much of LP 1.
I know I can’t do four days like that anymore and LP3 and 4 go off so I’d rather be there for them. LP2 may be a day-of decision.
I'm going night 1 in chicago. The Salt Shed emails you ahead of time to let you know doors, set times etc (LOVE that) and according to that, it's just RTJ and they start one hour after doors.
Not blaming the messenger, just seems like a weird/greedy run of shows to me. They're playing the entire discography over the course of 4 nights which leads me to believe they won't play much besides the one record they're doing each night (since they're playing the other songs the other nights - maybe they'll do some b-sides/solo stuff??) and the longest of the 4 records is only 50 minutes. Just a little odd.
During the new york shows it looks like they do the album. And then the big hits off the other 3 records after
The email for tonight says doors 7, show 8, but RTJ at 9 which is the most vague thing I’ve ever seen. Hyped regardless
Wife and I StubHubbed for Saturday for only $24 a pop! Glad you got a killer deal, too. This will be our first time at The Salt Shed and can't wait. We are also doing this before the show: https://www.bigstarmariscos.com/
That sounds sick, I'm meeting up with some friends who are in from way out of town before the show, might see if they wanna hit this up
Also the actual schedule last night was: 7:00 doors 8:00 dj set from Mr. Len of Company Flow 9:15 Run the Jewels
