i mean, i get this one more than the heroes vote. i love bob but i totally get why people hate him, even if this song is perfect. being a dork about heroes is just showing your bare ass online.

Maybe my 15th favorite Bob song at best (which is still amazing) vs a song that just floods me with endorphins every single time I hear it. Gotta be Powerline

 

One of my favorite memories of being on a stage was during my short stint in a cover band, we had a wedding gig and the bride requested ahead of time that we learn I2I to close out the evening. It was a fun as hell song to learn and play on bass, and performing it that night to a hall full of chaotic drunk people was the most I’ve ever felt like a rockstar
