Round of 32 (New Dramas): Breaking Bad vs. You're The Worst

A story about the lengths a teacher will go to to provide for his family versus a show that might not even be a drama. Who will you pick?

 

Voting for You’re The Worst because I legitimately think it’s better and also because I’m mad it’s in drama lol

 

Breaking Bad had a lot of flaws but Season Four into the first half of Season Five is so good.

 

What a fucking stupid matchup here. Breaking Bad is more consistent and is the "better" show, but nothing in it affected me like S2 YTW.

 

Id be very curious to see a matchup between BrBa and BCS

 

Should finish S1 today

 

Enjoy! You might agree that the first season has its highs and lows, but S2 has the real highlights of the show

 

When people ask what my favorite show is, I literally say it’s too hard to choose because it’s impossible to compare a show like you’re the worst to breaking bad and here we are.

These are my two favourites this round for sure. Really unfortunate matchup for You're the Worst, still funny that it ended up in Drama although the dramatic aspects are what elevate it into something so special.

Still, Breaking Bad is my favourite show of the whole thing since Scrubs didn't make it in.

 

Why do so many people have trouble comparing comedy and drama shows but no one voiced that concern about movies?

 

I can compare the two, YTW would have just fared better against a comedy

Yeah I would have had no trouble mixing all the shows up from the beginning.

 

Can't vote against Breaking Bad here, but You're the Worst is a fantastic show and everyone should check it out

 

An easy pick for YTW for me, it never had a chance of getting very far in this bracket but still sucks to see it go out like this

 

I went BB but only because I’m going through YTW for the first time and not done yet. Incredible show and as I said in the streaming thread the cast is so great

 

I havent seen YTW but I loved BB. I will abstain.
