The Clash is literally the only thing left I care about, so I voted for them and probably will stop voting lol

For some reason this thread/poll wont give me the option to see the votes, only option is to vote. Rest of them have the “see votes” option as usual so that’s weird.

I'm the same way. This devolved into the same 3 bands way too quickly unfortunately. Still appreciate the effort put into running this though even if the results aren't for me.

Honestly this is just kind of the fun whim at the end of like a year of listening and discussion and exploring.

  9. 100% I’ve discovered and revisited more records due to these threads than I have virtually any EOTY list thread. No matter the end result this was fun and I regret choosing to not participate in the yearly threads. Legitimately look forward to the days with new matchups haha

No snark or sarcasm, thank you for being dedicated enough to keep it going for a full 60 weeks. It’s honestly been one of my favorite undertakings as a music fan. I feel like I have a much better idea of how certain genres and styles worked together in certain eras in a way I never did listening to them in isolation. And I discovered SO many fantastic records.

Hey, don't worry, Bleed American will eventually lose to Futures if this Jimmy Eat World streak goes on for long enough.

There is a poll on this very site where Bleed American and Clarity both got demolished by Futures.

  20. Yeah, but I think Bleed American's recent turnout (and comments about Futures in these bracket polls) could put it behind

I mean, Futures still took out Rubber Soul and Purple Rain. I feel like there’s still plenty of love for it.

  22. No doubt, I just think Bleed American seems to be the favorite Jimmy record amongst voters in this bracket. We'll see!

i think there's a fair argument clarity (looking at vote totals) has been the favorite JEW album in the bracket, even if it just lost

I do feel like Clarity had easier draws though.
