I'm not sure I want to read that. American writing about continental European music, especially "urban music", is almost always exhausting, inaccurate and patronising. Only a few sentences in it's already implied that Spain doesn't know about nail art
Fair enough. Her debut is very good, but it’s very different sonically to the second one. It’s just her and a guitar. It’s like.. uh.. alt-flamenco? Lol. See below. Though the flamenco vocals are of course still very much present on the second album (alongside other, subtler flamenco influences), which is a big part of what makes her so great in my opinion. I hope she doesn’t move away from those influences because that would be a huge waste if you ask me. That’s why this new song worries me.
