This was my favorite show on Nickelodeon growing up. Watched Static Cling on Saturday night and had all the feels, it was perfect. Really wish the episodes themselves were available to stream from somewhere.

 

Just watched the special.... Man I wish they would revive this show. That was so good. Animation looked spot on and that story could have easily been worked into the original show.

Not gonna lie, the nostalgia was hitting me pretty hard throughout the whole thing, but then once it got to the premiere party and we saw all of the one-off side characters from back in the day, I lost it.

 

Genuinely impressive how many cameos/jokes they were able to organically squeeze into 45 minutes.

Extremely well done overall

 

I enjoyed seeing the guys who play Spongebob and Plankton getting to yell at each other as these characters (Heff and Filburt) they voiced before working on Spongebob for 20 yrs
