We are up to atleast 3 new songs with the possiblity of a 4th with whatever next weeks transmission is. This is either going to be an ep or a 2nd album

 

Whatever they are teasing is def gonna be an ep at the very least. We are up to 4 new songs with a 5th next week. Depending on how many more songs they tease it could be a 2nd full length album. I mean they had enough time to write 2 albums with Covid and not being able to tour for a year and a half

 

I'd be down for another album.

 

Wtf was the point of them doing all that teasing in April just to go quiet for a month

 

Apparently there’s talks going around that a new album called nowhere generation 2 is coming out in July. there's a amazon japan page up for the album with a july release date

EDIT: I feel this is a California Deluxe Edition situation but a whole new album's worth of material is more than we could have possibly hoped for so excited regardless

 

Only time will tell. Nothing is actually available for preorder and there’s no track list on the Amazon Japan page

the band didn’t even say anything about a song dropping. It just appeared on streaming services when it hit midnight yesterday in Japan/new Zealand

 

Last Man Standing is pretty sweet.

 

I enjoyed this. Excited for more new music.

 

Apparently they played the new song live yesterday.

 

They did a 5 song acoustic set for some radio show over seas and played it

 

“Last Man Standing” is pretty damn good.

If this is what we’re getting, I’m psyched. It’s the anthemic side of them that would have fit in well on Appeal to Reason, which I slot in a pretty firm third in their discography, only behind Siren and Sufferer which flip 1/2 depending on my mood.

 

Tim confirmed at an acoustic show it's going to be a 5-song EP. Which makes sense. Basically a deluxe edition with the 5 songs they left off the main album.

EDIT: Last Man Standing was the fifth "transmission" and would make sense as a closer.

Total Appeal To Reason vibes and I’m not hating it. That album gets better with age.
