Last time Spiritbox were in Chicago (earlier this year) they said they will be back soon so I'm guessing it will hit either the Aragon or Salt Shed.

Its gonna be a summer shed tour lmao

tinley is my guess for the Chicago stop

the tour package is way too big to hit either of those venues

last time evanescence played Chicago it was the united center

the co headline tour they did with korn in 2022 was tinley

Some suggested the clue might be referring to American Football, which is a pretty solid guess.

My out there guess is Don McLean…lol

“Watching the Cowboys lose” could mean a band from Texas…

Post Malone has a song that references Cowboys losing.

because of you saying that I’m really starting to think we’ll get the post Malone nirvana set. That really dives in using all the references in the post.

The hint is obviously Crown the Empire ft Post Malone performing a Nirvana set. You’re welcome, guys. I’ve solved the riddle.

  11. Someone on FB brought up the fact that the Cowboys lost their Thanksgiving game against the Broncos in 2001. Who played that halftime show? None other than Creed.

Amyl and the sniffers are teasing dates to be announced next week and released the cities in order but without dates.
Their already announced euro dates end late august, with Chicago being 7 cities into the US tour, so depending how long of a break they give themselves between Europe and the US, dates could line up for riot

On the down side I dunno if they would list Chicago as an rsvp-able date if it was a fest slot and not their own headliner…but on the upside maybe we get an announcement from riot next week too with a first wave or something?

Presale starts tomorrow. I feel like If we would get anything lineup related it would be tomorrow

My immediate thought is that this is going to be their own headlining date. However, if the tour dates drop next week and it's in September/October... And Chicago is inexplicably missing? I mean, that's pretty darn close to a lock! Haha.

Wouldn't be the first time an error like that has been made. Keeping my fingers crossed for you on this one because I know you've been wanting this for a few years now! LOL

Post Malone doing his Nirvana’s cover set would be so boring to me. Not because I dislike Nirvana but because I don’t want what is essentially a cover band headlining this festival which Post Malone would definitely demand/warrant.

I do not think it will be Post Nirvana, but if it were to happen I’d be thrilled. Getting to see Dave, krist, and pat play nirvana songs would be so surreal that I wouldn’t care who is singing (and it being post would be a plus because Ive liked what I’ve seen him do with it previously and Ive wanted to see him live in a way that’s not country based)

It would be an interesting, unique booking that would do really well for the festival. And it would probably feel pretty special for a lot of the attendees. So hard to hate on it or want it not to happen in that context.

But for me, personally, it would be a "sure, okay cool" booking that I'd watch a few songs of and feel like I'd had my fill. But if I had to miss it completely for somebody else on Radical/Rise? I'd be more than okay with that too.

If Post Nirvana is a headliner then they need some strong counter programming during that set.

Also, they need to stack that day. I’m not sure if I can do a day of Post Nirvana with the top line below them being filled with the likes of 75% of the Sex Pistols, All Time Low and 2% of The Beach Boys.

    New line-up clue just dropped:

Very confusing. Per usual. LOL. That "like the sea" line stands out but a quick google search leaves me with nothing.

I hope I’m wrong about this but what if the clues are in the bold case verbs.

    HEAT: Hot Mulligan
    MIX: Sir Mix A Lot
    LAYER: Slayer
    TOP: Twenty One Pilots
    BAKE: Cake

edit: I just checked and that one cake album actually turns 30 next year lmao

3/4 of those feel like massive stretches to me. But you might be onto something with Twenty One Pilots.

The one thing that stands out after a quick Google search is that the first Juvenile album is called "400 Degreez."

That said, if they keep this up and we go through the courses like they seem to be lining up for... There's a chance for cake, biscuits, and a sunday. LOL

Well it’s not Limp Bizkit since I couldn’t find any biscuit dough hanging off the shelf in the pics.

I’m going to go with Primus on this one along with the Sailing the Seas of Cheese album play.

Edit: System of a Down also has a lot of food mentions in their lyrics too.
