It's so odd to me that a band like Plain White T's is able to ride the "emo" nostalgia wave alongside bands like Story of the Year and the Used. It's almost like if System of a Down were to announce a 2024 tour and the openers were like, Crazy Town or Methods of Mayhem.

Bummed and a little surprised that Alkaline Trio and Spanish Love Songs are both out - September tour together with dates all three Riot Fest days.

They were in Rosemont a month ago and Rockford isn't super far away, but the routing and gap in that new announcement makes them seem more likely than I would've thought.

 

I wonder when will Spanish Love Songs finally plays Riot.

 

They added another day of that All Things Go festival, the two acts I could see in play are Julien Baker and Soccer Mommy.

 

They have dates the 21/22 and aren’t playing more then 2 days in a row. Plus the Rockford date makes them out anyways
