What if the lineup was released Warped Tour style where you you don’t know the lineup or set times until you get there for the day?

 

Would probably draw as well as Warped Tour did lol

 

could absolutely do it with set times, but i dont think even i would be on board with a mystery line up/daily line up for all 3 days. maybe alike A day or A stage, but 3 whole days, no way, lol

 

The B-52's announced a show in Chicago this November. I didn't think they were playing, but I would say they are out.

Yes, but they seem to still be doing one offs and shows in Vegas. I'm not complaining because I will finally be able to see them live.

Make it a point to see them when you can, their Riot set in 2019 was one of my fav sets that year

 

Still one of my biggests Riot regrets is choosing American Football instead of The B-52s

 

Man, was hoping the silence yesterday was the calm before the storm and we would get the lineup tomorrow or Thursday but now I’m feeling more like next week.

 

Nine years ago a buddy of mine and I were gonna see the B-52s play a free show at the Ventura County Fair but we ended up bailing because traffic was terrible and the crowds were larger than usual. We never even made it to the fairgrounds

Turnover is out, they had a free day during Riot weekend after their St Paul show, but now they announced a North Dakota show that day

 

That Laura Jane Grace tour poster dropped. Looks like Catbite isn't on the Riot Fest date so we can probably nix the OpIvy thing (unless it's an aftershow which would be cooler anyway TBH).

 

Black Pistol Fire is out, playing Thalia Hall in August. I mentioned them as they played Riot in 2017

I know, I know, it’s Reddit, but how are there still people that think in 2024 Paramore would not headline?

 

They didn't headline in 2017.. are they bigger now?

Also, I doubt they book both Fall Out Boy & Paramore.. just my gut says not happening

Much bigger. They sold out their entire arena tour last year for their latest album.

and they dropped out of Lolla last year because they weren’t going to be booked top 4 so they clearly think so themselves
