I was just thinking about Mest the other day. One of those bands I've somehow never seen, would love to see them at RF.

Or maybe Riot just booked Mest and Authority Zero and BFS is taking a day off. Either way, three bands I've never seen and would have fun seeing if there's nothing else going on.

 

People keep suggesting Paramore on Reddit and elsewhere and I fear people are going to be real disappointed when the lineup drops and their name is not on there.

 

I think it will be a similar situation as with 3oh!3. A 30min set at 1pm but it will be packed and they will just play the hits.

 

If it's an all killer no filler set, I'm in. If it's a bunch of jokes and banter that take up time that could be spent playing songs, I'm out.

 

Pavement is playing a 3-night residency at Brooklyn Steel Sept 11-14. Not sure if this would count them out for Riot, but something to note

 

Anyone else remember the last Chicagoland warped tour in 2018 when there were rumors floating around that Fall Out Boy or Blink-182 were supposed to make a surprise appearance but then Mest was the big surprise for that date?

I think that Pavement residency just shot up their chances, shows they will be active then at least.

Would The Postal Service x Death Cab x Pavement be big enough to be top billed one of the days, or would their be an act above all of them?

 

Not only that, it might get me to come over just for those three.

Anyone else having trouble with ‘concert week’? I’ve gone through the concert week page and it brings up the list of eligible shows but not a single one I’ve clicked into actually show the 25.00 tix, weird

 

Did it start already or is it at 10 am?

Mine is also not showing the 25 dollar tickets so I'm guessing it starts at 10
