Might be coming from London. Is this likely to sell out fast? Will the price keep rising? And are they likely to add more bands? Thanks.
I'm excited for Foo Fighters - I've been meaning to see them for a while. Skipped them when they played Lolla in 2021 cus I was supposed to see them at Bonnaroo which ended up getting cancelled. Not a massive fan but a band I want to check off the list at least once.
If they overlap with something else I want to see they would be an easy skip for me as I have seen them 4 times before.
I’ve never seen them and don’t know if I would want to spend $100+ just to see them, so I’m happy with them playing. Plus it shows Green Day isn’t too big to play.
i think my personal rule of thumb for conflicts will be "if ive seen you since the pandemic, i can skip" so bands like foo fighters, death cab (but not PS!) interrupters, flogging molly, frank turner, Thursday, and the bronx will be on the bubble. theres just so many "never seens" and "havent seen in a +decade" that i wont have time for recent repeats
Foo's always a band that'd be out of my price range based on the fact that I only really know a few singles, but I'm looking forward to seeing them.
I also haven't seen the Foo since 2011 so would love to catch them again. However if they run up against Turnstile then MexicanGuitars is getting upset
There's nothing quite like leaving at 9:45/9:50 and showing up to the train with only a few dozen other people on the platform. Not likely to sell out fast, may not even sell out at all (although it did last year). For prices they usually do three tiers per ticket type, with $10-$20 increments. I don't think they'll push GA passes past $300, although anything's possible.
damn, still realizing some of the bands on here, Fake names! Dennis Lyxzen and anthony green forever in battle of who can sing in the most bands. winner faces final boss Mike Patton
If I were going I’d be thrilled for the Foos. I’ve never seen them and they’re a huge bucket list band for me
I really don't think RF has any intention of ever booking them. They seem to mostly steer clear of the 90s power-pop stuff.
Excited to see Foo Fighters in the riot fest environment. They’re a band they may not lit it up on paper, but i guarantee their set will be fun as hell.
I think this is the one year where I don’t really want any aftershows. I’m just praying there are few conflicts for me. Top Tier: The Cure, The Postal Service, AFI, Finch, Say Anything Want to See: Spitalfield, Turnstile, QOTSA, Tegan and Sara, Enter Shikari There’s a lot more after that but those are all dependent on conflicts.
